Yes – we’re open and will continue to have u-pick tours! We’re here 10 AM-5 PM, Wed-Sun, and our U-Pick Apple Tours are every hour, on the hour, with the last tour leaving at 4 PM. Whether you want fresh bagged apples, or would like to pick your own, you’ll find both at the Apple Shed, located behind the General Store.
What is a U-Pick Apple Tour?
Our Orchard is unique in that we have over 50 varieties of heirloom apples, and they are all ready for harvest at different times. Before harvesting, we perform a variety of tests on our apples to ensure they are at peak ripeness and our Tour Guide helps direct you to the trees that are ready and will taste great. During the peak of apple season it is not uncommon for us to have over 100 guests come to apple pick per hour! Once you’ve arrived at the designated u-pick area, our tour guide will head back to the Apple Shed, leaving you to enjoy your u-pick experience at your own pace.
How much does u-pick cost?
We do not charge by the tour or by the person, but rather by the amount of apples you would like to pick, based on the size of the container you select. No reservation is necessary, but we suggest that you head to the Apple Shed 10-15 minutes before the tour to select your container and pay for your apples.
